A very dear and special friend, Helen Booysen, said the title of this post to me in an email just yesterday and I thought how very eloquently she captured how I feel when the weather changes. I was reading the recent presentations off of the rsds.org site and again it was highlighted how heavily those of us with CRPS are affected by changes in both barometric pressure and humidity. Whilst I can’t plan around weather changes, particularly in Spring, it such a relief to have my friends and clients understand what I am dealing with and be prepared to change to fit in with me. I have also come to celebrate the small successes – I made it to my horse for the first time in 5 days for a picnic yesterday – I felt I had the world!
